AL RAJHI Building Solutions is the holding company for a number of businesses, each related to building materials and engineering products. Inshaa is growing rapidly and will eventually be the holding company for all of the following business units:

	UNIPODS This innovative company designs, manufactures and installs pre-engineered bathroom pods. Each bathroom pod is skilfully manufactured at UNIPODS 22,000 m2 purpose-built factory in Ras Al Khaimah.
	Mabani Steel Mabani Steel is a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings and hot-rolled steel structures. Based in the UAE, the company’s expansive factory has an annual production capacity of almost 100,000 tons.
	MADA Gypsum Factory MADA Gypsum manufactures gypsum plaster and plasterboard, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons and 10 million m2 respectively.
	CladTech International This aluminium manufacturer provides aluminium suitable for windows and doors, and curtain wall as well as steel support. Cladtech also has a powder coating, anodising and glass processing plant department which supplies the aluminium manufacturing department.
	Elsewedy Electric Cables Elsewedy Electric Cables manufactures electrical power cables, and is operated as a 60:40 joint venture between Elsewedy Electric Company and ARIG.
	Erne Fitting ME Erne Fitting provides seamless pressure fittings for applications related to oil & gas, exploration & production, refineries, power plants, pipelines, offshore platforms and industrial facilities, and operates as a 50:50 joint venture between ARIG and Erne Austria.
	Pre-cast Technologies This company manufactures pre-cast hollow core concrete slabs and moulded concrete elements from its Yanbu factory in Saudi Arabia.
	Techno Bit (Saudi Waterproofing Company) Techno Bit was established in 2006 and is fully owned by ARIG. The company manufactures polymer modified membranes for roofing and waterproofing products from Yanbu in Saudi Arabia.
	Romeo Company ARIG owns a majority share (70%) in Romeo Design, a company which specialises in the manufacture of furniture and related products.
