UNIPODS will always try to offer an improved specification or alternative suppliers if this will result in better quality and/or more competitive prices.

Each bathroom and kitchen pod is designed according to the architect's drawings, and according to the agreed specification, and must be approved by the client before production starts.

Each customer will be welcomed to a reference pod meeting where the first finished bathroom or kitchen pod will be presented, giving the customer one final chance to see the pod before main production begins. Another stamp of quality from UNIPODS.

Each pod is produced in the Ras Al Khaimah factory, where each workstation is designed to optimise quality, efficiency and workmanship. All tools, anchors and adhesives are sourced from top quality suppliers and applied under the right conditions to optimise performance.

Daily quality checks throughout the whole production process courtesy of a unique barcode which accompanies the pod during the production process to enable easy and accurate tracking.

The bathroom and the kitchen pods are delivered on our own wagons to the construction site, fully fitted and ready to be installed. Each wagon can carry approximately 4 - 6 pods depending on the size and weight.

UNIPODS can install the bathroom and kitchen pods upon delivery, via either vertical or horizontal installation, depending on the structure of the building. All the main contractor needs to do is provide the crane and the gridlines and UNIPODS will install the pods in accordance with the markings provided.

It is the responsibility of the M&E contractor to connect the bathroom or the kitchen pod to the main water and electricity supply. However, UNIPODS will participate in this process to help the contractor and check for any final snagging.
