UNIPODS has enjoyed & exceptional debut at the BIG 5 BUILDING EXHIBITION - Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre 23rd – 27th November 2008.

The show provided the ideal platform for UNIPODS to promote the many benefits associated with Off Site Construction Technology in the fast developing markets of the UAE and surrounding GCC countries.
The phenomenal level of interest in the UNIPODS pre-fabricated bathroom pod has resulted in many enquiries across a wide number of projects including hotels, villas, and a diverse number of residential and commercial buildings.
The UNIPODS exhibition stand featured a complete Bathroom Pod with both the concrete and lightweight steel variants clearly depicted on the display module.

In addition, the showcasing of the new UNIBOARDS Commercial washroom system has been extremely well received. This system strengthens the product portfolio of the company with the introduction of a complete pre-plumbed modular system ideal for commercial institutions including offices, hospitals, schools and universities. The launch and introduction of UNIBOARDS fits with the overall vision of UNIPODS, improving the efficiency, quality and profitability of the construction industry by implementing off-site construction technology in key areas of the building.

The BIG 5 Show is the biggest annual construction and building exhibition in the region attracting visitors from around the globe.
The high level of interest that UNIPODS has enjoyed is further endorsed as approximately 30% of visitors and project inquiries were from GCC countries outside of the UAE with Architects and Developers clearly impressed with the significant benefits associated with factory controlled Off Site Construction Technology methods.
