UNIPODS is an innovative bathroom pod manufacturer which provides Off-Site Construction Technology installation solutions. The company is launching its services in the UAE with the opening of its first purpose-built factory in Ras Al Khaimah on October 1st, 2008.

The 22,000 m2 factory utilises state of the art equipment in the construction of its bathroom pods. The bathrooms are constructed using Off-Site Construction Technology, whereby the unit is constructed as a ‘pod’ - a tailor made turn-key bathroom solution, manufactured off-site. The pod is a pre-engineered, pre-fitted, ready-plumbed bathroom, and is delivered ready for installation, the perfect ‘Plug & Play’ concept for the region’s fast-paced construction industry.

UNIPODS has the capacity to deliver more than 10,000 high quality bathroom pods every year, each manufactured at the company’s Ras Al Khaimah premises. The bathroom pods are tailor made to the specific requirements of each project, but built on UNIPODS’ experience. The company anticipates strong growth in the UAE and has already earmarked the factory’s surrounding 100,000m2 area for future expansion.
